Here at Dr. Lee Optometry, we accept a number of different insurance plans to make things as easy and stress free as possible for you to receive treatment at our Optometry Clinic. We accept health plans from most of the major insurance providers. Don’t see your plan on our coverage list? Call us today and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

Whenever possible we direct bill on your behalf. We are unable to check your specific coverage so please check what you are eligible for before you arrive to the office.

UHIP

University Health Insurance Plan is an insurance plan for those who have come from outside Canada to study or work at an Ontario University.  While we do not directly bill to UHIP, we will provide you with an invoice for your claim through insurance.
